WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We've made and packaged all of our products with love and care. Unless your items arrive damaged or we accidentally sent you the wrong item, all orders are non-refundable. Feel free to contact Orders@CultivateWhatMatters.com if your order was damaged or incorrect! 

Refunds for lost or damaged items must be processed within 30 days of receipt.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We ship most of our orders via USPS First Class and Priority Mail within two business days of your order. You should receive an order confirmation email after you complete checkout and a shipping confirmation email after your order ships. Didn't see one? Check that pesky spam folder.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We love sending packages across the world! We ship internationally via Priority Mail. Please note that as soon as your package leaves the United States, we no longer have access to tracking information. Your shipping fee covers shipping and handling, but does not cover import duty and taxes for your country.

I ACCIDENTALLY SUBMITTED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS! WHAT DO I DO?

Email us right away at Orders@CultivateWhatMatters.com and let us know what your correct shipping address is! Orders usually process immediately, but If we are able to correct your address before your order ships, we will let you know! If your order has already shipped, you may be able to track down the package at your local USPS office. Otherwise, the package may be sent back to our office. We'll send you a replacement order as soon as we receive the original package.

DO YOU WHOLESALE?

We're so happy that you love our products and are interested in wholesale! At this time, we are not offering wholesale opportunities, though we encourage you to reach out to Orders@CultivateWhatMatters.com if you’d like to know more about bulk ordering.

I LOVE THE PRINTS FROM YOUR SHOP, BUT WANT IT IN A DIFFERENT COLOR AND/OR SIZE. DO YOU DO CUSTOM ORDERS?

At this time, we're unable to fulfill custom orders. Gold foil and letterpress prints involve die pieces and lots of labor from our amazing printers, making custom prints very expensive and time-intensive to create.

CAN I ORDER GRACIE HUGS?

Gracie hugs are free! We send these out via email due to Grace's busy schedule of music class, tending the garden, and big sister duties. Email Jess@CultivateWhatMatters.com if you'd like a Gracie Hug!
